Galvanised Drain Grate Introduction

The well cover plate made of steel grid-plate has a variety of models to be selected to suit different span loads and requirements.
According to the different material of steel grid well cover, steel grid well cover is divided into hot dip zinc ditch cover, stainless steel well cover, brass ditch well cover and so on.
According to the shape of well cover plate, it can be divided into ordinary well cover plate, U-shaped well cover plate, tubular well cover plate and open well cover plate.
Specification for selection of size of steel grille manhole cover:
(1). The direction of the steel grating manhole cover flat steel is the load-bearing (supporting) direction, and the length of the flat steel is determined by the gap according to the width of the groove;
(2). The steel grid manhole cover is typesetting according to the ditch length, and the standard plate width is 995mm in line with the processing module, and the gap between the plates is 5mm;
(3). The remaining part of ditch length less than 1 meter is determined by modulus;
(4) Select the type of steel grille plate according to the ditch width and load bearing requirements.
(5). It is recommended to choose standard size well cover plate for design and construction, and other specifications can be customized.
